13 week update , baby is the size of a peach!! Georgia peach, Florida peach, either way baby is as big as a peach.
Bones and Muscles: Bones are starting to harden, and your baby can make more controlled movements, like kicking and flexing.
Vocal Cords: The vocal cords are forming, though the baby won’t make sounds until after birth.
Digestive System: The intestines are developing and moving into their proper place within the abdomen, and tiny villi are forming in the intestines to help absorb nutrients later.
Facial Features: The baby’s head is becoming more proportionate to their body, and fine details like tiny hairs are starting to grow.
Urine Production: Kidneys are producing urine, which the baby releases into the amniotic fluid—a normal part of their fluid exchange.
We made the yummy peaches and cream, we were pregnant in the summer time so this was a refreshing delight.
