When I had my second baby, I quickly realized I was an over supplier so much so that I was able to donate milk to my state’s milk bank, and even repurpose some of my breastmilk. Today I will walk you through how to create breastmilk soap.
Things you will need:
1. Breastmilk
2. Soap Base, of choice
3. Oatmeal (optional)
4. Soap molds
You can shop my Amazon store for what you need.

Start off with melting 8 ounces of your soap base. You will want to put it in the microwave at 10 second intervals or use a pot and stovetop burner. (Stirring in between)
Once melted, add in 4 ounces of breastmilk to the melted soap base. (again stir this in thoroughly
)If using oats or dried flowers, you can sprinkle them into your mixture or wait until the end to place in mold.
Place some oats or flowers, if using, to the bottom of mold, then pour mixture of soap and breastmilk on top,
Top with more oats or dried flowers.
Place in fridge overnight.
Remove from molds in the morning, and you can begin to use immediately.
For storage, I like to put them in storage bags/containers in the fridge and keep them for about 2 weeks, then I will discard.
Happy Cleansing!
